Longer than a legend, larger than a fact

I was so alive I can only look back

G D G Bm G
And I was so afraid I have travelled so far

And maybe somebody’s going to let you down

But you take your chances if you only learned how

I was so alone I’m scattered and small

But you keep ‘em on a level, you let the devil on call

Oh I was so alone I’m scattered and small

And maybe somebody’s going to let you down

But you take your chances if you only learned how

Oh I was so alone I’m scattered and small

Bm A G D
Oh I was so alone I’m scattered and small

A really nice song to play. Listen to the recording to hammer down the rhythm she plays.
I throw in a hammer on for the D chord, 1st string, and try to thumb pluck the
bass strings in time which sounds more akin to her version. My first tab, hope you have fun.
