We have moved from our quiet valley

To a much larger one in town

Old age caused us to make this sudden sally

But we can?t let the fast pace get us down

The old log cabin in the timber

Was the place we loved the best

But our heart and eyes grew dimmer

So we moved to a place where we could rest

Father-time?s long arms will soon pull us in,

But for now we are closer to those who care

Back with our young ones once again

Getting ready for when He calls us there.
