Each morning, I hear its lovely coo,

And if I pay attention, in the evening too

I take it as Gods way to say
             G              A       D
I open, then close, another granted day

                               G
A beautiful bird, the mourning dove
          D             A         D
Its Gods  reation and symbol of love

                           G
They tell me they mate for life
   D                  A        D
So refreshing in this world of strife

                      G       D
I am only a member, I need to know
                   A            D
And not director of this lifes show

Life is much better,
                G       D              A    D
When I take the time to listen for the rain crow
